Bio a historie
The band FUNUS started in 2016 by crossing the guitarist Garlandus and the drummer Šuhaj (read: shoe-high) and their common pleasure in the old, straightforward, ass-kicking death metal from the 1980s and 1990s.
A few personnel changes were passed through the young band when Magnus, a longtime music comrade of Garlandus, joined the band after the bass player had left the group. Within less than a year, as the lead guitarist quit, Magnus finally took his
fated guitar position.
The sea dog Roxor stood behind the mic, and a young charming, though sharp lady Petra took charge of the bass line.
At that moment, the band gave rise in order to pay tribute to the powerful death metal scene of Florida, the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden, having shaped the whole genre.
The rotten and mouldered FUNUS released its first demo on 1st October 2020.
