The group “Angus” was founded in Togliatti, in 1997. During all time the band was the welcome visitor on concert platforms of Toglyatti, Samara, took a part in various large local festivals. In 2004 on label " Taiga sounds " (st. Petersburg) the first group’s album was named " the Product of poor quality " which till now can be observed on counters of musical shops of large cities has left. In 2006 the group begins even more serious work on a material and preparation for record of a new album. At the same time at group active concert activity outside native city begins. In a plenty pass concerts in Moscow and st. Petersburg and other cities of Russia. An autumn of 2006 The group was invited to festival PUNKOMANIA-10 where acts with the best pop-punk bands of the country. At present musical style of “Angus” does not give in to accurate information, it can be characterized as a mix of the punk, a hard-core, grunge and alternatives. Their music does not leave indifferent all fans of music of the given styles. In November, 2007 at studio " arsenal " (Tver) the group has write down the second album, having made a big step forward on quality of record and a material. Analogues on stylistics in Russia is difficultly to find and they pin one's hopes on it.
