Channelling Californian desert rock through the dark depths of the Bohemian woods and the gritty gambling parlours of Prague, REST IN HASTE combine the psychedelic and the mundane into muscular songs with danceable grooves, tight riffs and bittersweet melodies. Founded as an all-male cover band of all-female bands and having gained experience by playing to drunk ski resort visitors and insolent German punks, the band is now readying material for their new record, first since expanding to a powerful five-piece. "Unterminated Entity" will be the slowest number in the collection, fitting for a Sunday afternoon balcony session.
