This is the official music video of avantgarde electro metal band Black Hole Constellation (see links below) and also it's a trailer of new anime movie series.

The story:
Organized crime clan spread special type of drugs cross the city. These drugs causes deep hallucinations but has also a side effects as quick senility and physical defects. In the middle of the story the hero is coming to the scene and solving these case in his own way.
